KYLA (pronounced, “shoola”) means “chill” in the native tongue of our Swedish relatives which is why it’s the perfect name for our sparkling wine. This is our fifth vintage of spar-kling wine and over the years we have learned a lot and modified this program accordingly. With a few years under our belts and various trials, we have moved to a more traditional method of production rather than the more rustic petilliant natural style.
